중신춘싱-세계 500강 현대자동차그룹 트랜시스와 강력 손잡고 '탄소중화' 조력

On February 28, 2023, the 9.8 MW distributed project of China New Spring Energy Power (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Tandis Automatic Transmission (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and a grand completion ceremony was held.

2월 28일 중신춘싱 신에너지 전력(쑤저우)유한공사와  현대트랜시스 자동변속기(산둥)유한공사가 합작한 분포식 프로젝트 9.8MW를 성공적으로 준공하고 성대한 준공식을 가졌다.

At the ceremony, Li Rongzhen, the legal director of Hyundai Tandis, praised the professional safety and quality management of the power station of China New Spring Festival, expressed sincere gratitude to all project management personnel and issued a thank you card for China New Spring Festival. At the same time, Ding Jinqing, general manager of Zhongxin Chunxing, thanked Hyundai Motor Group for its recognition and said that Zhongxin Chunxing has always been committed to providing high-quality green energy and energy use services for enterprises. The implementation of this project has enabled Hyundai Tandi to complete 25% renewable energy substitution, laying a solid foundation for Hyundai Tandi to achieve RE100, and looking forward to a more long-term cooperation with Hyundai Motor Group.

The project is located in Rizhao, Shandong Province, with a total capacity of 9.8MWp. It is constructed in two phases, 5.9MWp in the first phase and 3.9MWp in the second phase. The project makes full use of the colored steel tile roofs, idle construction land and parking lot sheds of three modern Tandis plants, with a total investment of about 47 million yuan, and the enterprises enjoy preferential electricity use of 34.12 million yuan in 25 years. After the completion of the whole project, it is estimated that the average annual power generation will be 10.5952 million kWh, and the carbon dioxide emission reduction will be 8879 tons/year, which can replace 3246 tons of standard coal each year.

이 프로젝트는 산둥성 일조시에 위치하고 있으며 총 용량은 9.8MWp이며 1단계는 5.9MWp, 2단계는 3.9MWp의 2단계로 건설됩니다.이 프로젝트는 현대트랜시스 3개 공장의 채색 강철 기와 지붕, 공장지역의 유휴건설 부지 및 주차장 차고를 최대한 활용하며 총 투자액은 약 4,700만 위안이며 기업은 25년 동안 3,412만 위안의 전기 할인을 받습니다.전체 프로젝트 완료 후 연간 평균 발전량은 1,059.52만 kWh로 예상되며 연간 8,879톤/년의 이산화탄소 배출 감소를 달성하고 연간 3,246톤의 표준 석탄을 대체할 수 있습니다.

In the construction process, although a series of external factors such as epidemic situation, high temperature, strong wind and heavy rain have occurred, the project is still under the efforts of all parties, giving full play to the advantages of the entire team and mature photovoltaic power plant design technology and construction technology, scientifically organizing cross-flow operations, carefully constructing, strictly performing the requirements of the project, with first-class design technology, first-class project management, first-class project quality First-rate civilized construction, first-rate safety measures, first-rate efficiency and first-rate service have successfully completed the project. There are no safety accidents during the whole construction period of the project, and the overall success has been achieved.

건설과정에서 코로나, 고온, 강풍, 폭우 등 일련의 외부요인의 교란이 발생하였으나 프로젝트는 여전히 각 측의 노력으로 팀 전체의 우세와 성숙한 태양광발전소 설계기술과 시공공법을 충분히 발휘하여 과학적으로 교차유수작업을 조직하고 정성껏 시공하며 과제사업의 요구를 엄격히 이행하여, 일류설계기술, 일류프로젝트관리, 일류공사품질, 일류문명시공, 일류안전조치, 일류효율, 일류서비스로 순조롭게 프로젝트를 완성하였으며 공사전공기에 어떠한 안전사고도 없이 전체적으로 원만한 성공을 거두었다.

The construction of this project has made new breakthroughs in the use of water clips and new materials:

(1) Water guide clip: the use of water guide clip can improve the photovoltaic power generation efficiency by 3% - 5%;

(2) The trapezoid is bonded with new materials: in the past, the connection is made by screw fixation, which is prone to water leakage corrosion. The new materials are used for bonding, and the high-strength heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant new materials will not have water leakage corrosion, which also greatly improves the life of the photovoltaic power station and the roof;

(3) Silicon-based anticorrosive coating: As a new material, it has better anticorrosive effect. It can improve the anticorrosive ability of the roof and greatly prolong the life of the roof when used in the construction of the roof photovoltaic power station. At the same time, it also saves the owner the extra costs caused by the roof anti-corrosive leakage.

또한 이번 프로젝트의 시공은 도수클램프와 신소재 운용에 새로운 돌파구를 마련했다：

(1)도수클램프 : 도수클램프의 사용으로 3~5%의 태양광발전효율 향상；

(2)사다리꼴은 신소재로 접착: 그동안에는 볼트 고정 방식으로 연결하여 누수/부식 현상이 발생하기 쉬웠으나 신소재로 연결하여 고강도 내열/내식 신소재로 누수/부식 현상이 나타나지 않아 태양광 발전소와 지붕의 수명을 크게 향상시켰다； 

(3)실리콘계 방부식도료: 신소재로서 방부효과가 더 우수하며 옥상 태양광발전소 건설에 사용하면 옥상 방부능력을 향상시킬 수 있고 옥상수명을 크게 연장할수 있으며 동시에 업주에게 옥상 방부누수로 인한 추가 비용을 절감할수 있다；

The new energy business of Zhongxin Chunxing will continue to strengthen and rapidly enter a period of rapid development, and always adhere to the service concept of "high level design, high standard construction, efficient operation and maintenance". The scale of grid-connected and power stations under construction in China has exceeded 200 megawatts, serving many well-known enterprises at home and abroad.
